Rancho Cordova Food Locker (RCFL) is a critical community resource supported by a lean and efficient team of primarily part-time employees and volunteers. Seeing a need to increase their service capacity, plan for future growth, and modernize their operations, RCFL needed a trusted partner to develop outreach materials, identify community partners, and implement IT infrastructure and data improvements. Knowing the priority for the client was the integrity of their digital systems, Clutch quickly got to work to assess their needs, taking action to develop and implement a digital records retention program, upgrade and setup IT tools, and create a sustainable IT support system managed by Clutch.
