City of Sacramento

As part of its focus on continued professional development, the City of Sacramento selected Clutch to provide multiple leadership development and training sessions focused on women’t leadership. With the responsibility of course development, registration, and marketing, Clutch shaped the thoughtful programming events into a 30-person cohort, with a mixture of sessions focused on core values, how to think about failure, negotiation skills, and opportunities to be vulnerable. The program has been a tremendous success, with a waitlist built within 4 hours of opening the cohorts and plans for additional, expanded sessions to be developed in 2024.
