Our team supported the multistage rollout for the COVID-19 testing organization, 15-Minute Response. With headquarters in Chicago, 15-Minute Response was looking to expand its workforce to additional states, reaching out to Clutch for People Operations support for their sites in San Diego, CA, and Las Vegas, NV. Supporting the two sites with on-site support, we interviewed and hired 9 team members, performed employee onboarding processes, and established training and event protocols for their future success while managing their payroll.
