She is a champion of building relationships, developing culture, and conquering challenges. She is known for leading powerful, efficient meetings, tough love that translates to accountability, and her kick-ass project management skills. On any given day, you can find her nerding out on spreadsheets, and in her next life she may try her hand at professional organizing.

Rachel Zillner

Rachel carries a proven track record of turning around under-performing operations and taking well-performing organizations from good to great - all through the recruitment and retention of quality team members. She has an impeccable reputation for finding innovative approaches to significantly improve processes, decision making, and value. Rachel is known for her fearless leadership, financial savviness, and carries the unofficial world record in attempting to create more than 24 hours in a day.

Megan Blackwell

Chief Marketing Officer

Megan is a get shit done type of person and can usually be found up at 5am with her iced coffee in hand to make sure it all gets done. She is a marketing maven who provides a full-service approach including strategy, brand management, communication, social media, and graphic design - all with a smile and a ton of energy (probably due to all the iced coffee). Megan loves a good challenge so when you’re teamed up with her, you know you’re on a winning team.

Shannon Elsemore

Shannon is the doer of all the things: onboarding, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reporting, compliance, contract management, human resources, customer service, administrative support, and - if you can believe it - so much more! She is known for providing top-notch service to our clients and creating a welcoming culture for all of our employees. She works hard during the week so she can play hard on the weekends, where she can usually be found with a glass of wine in one hand and a book in the other.

Johnny is a “let’s get it done” kind of teammate. He works hard to provide the best for our clients and employees, and always looks for ways to go above and beyond. Johnny has a big, yet gentle presence, making people feel comfortable and connected. He is known for his fun, yet effective management style.
